Dr. Margeen Morikone graduated from the prestigious Royal Veterinary College, University of London. While seeking her undergraduate degree in biochemistry at the University of California, Riverside, Dr. Morikone volunteered for four years with Puppy Raisers, a local puppy-raising club which is part of Guided Dogs for the Blind, an organization that helps train guide dogs. In her spare time, Dr. Morikone enjoys martial arts and is a 1st Degree Black Belt in Oom Yung Doe. Her furry family member is a shelter dog named Horizon.
